My Mission

My mission as a Christian Life Coach is to help women develop their God-given purposes & identity and increase confidence through growing to have a Mind of Christ and overcome obstacles that prevent them from becoming who He's called them to be.

My Approach

My approach to coaching is person-centered and Holy Spirit led which is based in helping clients to identify areas of change regarding their thinking surrounding their current life circumstances. I discuss goals and setbacks to achieving those goals, and help clients develop an understanding of God's ultimate plan for their lives individually. I use a collaborative approach with my clients and also incorporate prayer, scriptural study and meditation, and teach them to hear the voice of God concerning their life's purpose.

My Services

I offer a range of coaching services, including one-on-one coaching sessions, two and three hour coaching intensives, group coaching, workshops, and online courses. My areas of expertise include God-Led Career coaching, Stress Management, Relationship Coaching, Christ-Mindset Coaching, and Spiritual Growth and Development. All with the purpose of helping to empower clients to take the next steps according to God's instruction.

My Background

Hey there! I'm so glad you're here! Let me introduce myself.

I'm a millennial, a wife, a dog mom, a singer/songwriter, I've grown to love the simple things in life, and I love Jesus more than my life. I came to know Christ as a child, but only seriously gave my life to Him in 2020 after a huge wakeup call and I've never turned back.

I'm a Chicago native, but now a Florida resident, and I have a Bachelor in Psychology from Bradley University in Peoria, IL and a Master in Counseling from North Park University in Chicago.

I'm a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and have been practicing for over 6 years (a portion in a foster care agency, and the rest in private practice). I'm also a Certified Life Coach.

In my short years on earth, I've experienced a lot of pain, regret, guilt, shame, depression, loss of direction, but I just as equally have experienced so much peace, joy, love, confidence, clarity after surrendering things over to God that were out of my control. It's easy to hold on, but when you realize it gets you nowhere holding on to YOUR dreams instead of adopting God's dreams for you, everything makes sense.

And that's what I want to help foster in you..

I'm not here to push you closer to yourself, but to push you closer to God and His will for your life because you were created to live for Him.

No matter what brought you to this site today, I understand the deep desire to change and to feel as if you are living a fulfilled life. If you don't feel that way, it's ok. We can work together to change that and help you develop a mindset that is just like Jesus' while allowing Him to guide your steps towards His perfect will for you.

What Type of Coaching is for You?

Purpose Coaching focuses on helping you to discover and fulfill God's purpose for your life if you're having trouble identifying it.

Confidence Coaching focuses on helping you to build confidence in the area(s) you know God's called you to.

Identity Coaching focuses on helping you to discover, understand and accept your identity through God's eyes and allow it to aid in going after His purpose for you.

This type of coaching takes into account your God-given skills and abilities and how God may be using those qualities to indicate what His purpose for you entails. No gift given by God is an accident, and we can work together to help you learn how God wants you to leverage what He's given you to advance His kingdom.

Think of having a dedicated space (if you're not a meet weekly/biweekly person) to brainstorm and plan about the direction you believe God is calling you to go in. Are you a new or seasoned business owner with low confidence or have an idea that you believe God gave you but you lack the confidence and tools to get started? Are you confused and lack clarity or confidence in where God is calling you? If so, this is for you! Consider this a virtual, Lunch & Learn of sorts (feel free to bring a meal or snack!) where you get the utmost support, prayer, Christ-affirmations, encouragement, accountability & challenges to help you in the right direction.

This coaching breaks down any unfavorable belief systems and thought patterns that have been keeping you stuck where you are and prohibits you from hearing God's voice. We will uncover the barriers and work to change your thinking to align more with God's will for your life.

Stress Management Coaching

If you have been having issues managing your stress and frustration over not knowing your purpose, making mistakes, going in circles, etc, we will work to identify your daily habits and uncover unhealthy patterns such as distractions that deprive you of hearing from God and trusting Him to guide your life.

What makes you qualified to be a Christian Life Coach?

I have completed a certification in coaching and have several years of experience working with clients to help them achieve their goals and help lead them closer to God and His purpose for their lives. I also have a background in psychology as a Licensed Professional Counselor, which gives me a deeper understanding of human behavior and thinking errors that cause issues in setting realistic and achievable goals.

What's the difference between therapy and coaching?

Therapy focuses on assessing, diagnosing, and treating mental health issues and coaching focuses on helping to motivate clients to set and achieve realistic and measurable goals to improve themselves and their future. From a Christian perspective, coaching focuses on achieving personal goals that are directly linked to God's will for our lives.

Are sessions led by the direction of The Holy Spirit?

Absolutely. There's no other way I conduct sessions with clients. The main way to help lead clients to fulfilling God's will and purpose for their lives is to provide a space to welcome HIs spirit in and to speak. Sessions are tailor made to each individual and can include prayer, scripture reading, prophetic instruction from God, etc.

Do you offer in-person coaching sessions?

Unfortunately, sessions are only offered virtually through Zoom.

How often do we meet?

The frequency of coaching sessions depends on the client and their goals. Some clients prefer to meet weekly, while others may meet bi-weekly or monthly.

How do I make my payment for sessions?

You will be sent an invoice through PayPal 24 hours before your scheduled session in which you will have up until 2 hours before your scheduled session to make your payment. Payments must be made in full before a coaching session can be conducted.

What is your cancellation policy?

You are able to reschedule a session if it's canceled 24 hours before or on a scheduled session time. You will need to contact me through phone or email to cancel and reschedule your session. Once the session is rescheduled, the payment that was taken for the original session will be applied to the rescheduled session.

If you cancel a session more than 3 times in a given month, you will not be able to reschedule and no refunds will be given. Commitment and consistency is very important in the coaching process.

If you are a "No Call, No Show" to a scheduled session, you need to contact me to reschedule. Only in emergency situations will refunds be given in this case.
